This week students had the opportunity to have a go at T’ai Chi with the help of local T’ai Chi Chih teachers Laurin McDonald and Lesley Nell.
T’ai Chi Chih is a soft, flowing, moving meditation practised by tens of thousands of people around the world. It consists of just 19 moves and a pose. It’s easy to learn and can quickly become part of your daily routine. Just 10 minutes a day can significantly enhance your well-being.
