Hello everyone and welcome to the final edition of ‘Headlines’ for what has been a very disjointed year. It is such a shame that we have to round things off without being able to welcome all our families back into school, and we are all bitterly disappointed about this.
We were planning a big event which would be a combination of a graduation ceremony for our school leavers and a range of fun activities for everyone to enjoy….and of course one of our famous BBQs! Unfortunately, it was not to be, and we hope that you understand our reasons for sticking to the national guidelines to ensure everyone’s health, safety and well-being. Rest assured we will do our best to make up for this next year!
However, it’s not all doom and gloom and in fact there are some great pieces of news to share with you…so don’t lose heart and read on and enjoy!
Kiran, Rob and Rob.
Working With Students
A reminder that the school term finishes for all students on Friday 16th July at 1.30 pm. Without wishing away the summer holiday the autumn term begins for all students on Monday 6th September at 11.00 am. This is to allow everyone time to arrive at school on time taking account of the longer journeys that many students have to make.
For those students who have been involved in externally moderated exam courses this year please see the table below for when results will be available. All families concerned should have received an email which includes this information and if you have any questions please contact Andy Sears on firstname.lastname@example.org or Dean Moulder on email@example.com
