Coronavirus family briefing number 13: 17.00 Friday 3rd April 2020
Well we have all made it to the end of term and I would like to start by thanking all of you for your support
and co-operation over these past two weeks. We are very well aware of the extra pressure the current situation
has put on all families, but hope you feel that school has done all it can under the constraints and uncertainties
we are all living with.
We are including the holiday activity list again, just in case anyone missed it yesterday and have added a
column to include materials and resources you might find helpful for joining in. Please note that we will do our
best to keep to the timetable, but we are aware that some staff are unwell and may not be fit enough to run
their session. If this is the case, we will do our very best to find a replacement activity.
If you have any questions or concerns about the activities please contact Les Robinson on
email@example.com or Linton Andrew on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The next scheduled briefing note will come out next Thursday 9th April and will be accompanied by Nikki’s
wellbeing update. There will be a further briefing note on Thursday 16th when we hope to have information
about when school will be starting up again. If we are still in a period of ‘lockdown’ we will continue to provide
lessons online as we have done over recent days.
There will be a senior member of staff on duty every day during the holiday so if you have any concerns please
contact any us by email email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org or
email@example.com , we will endeavour to get back to you by phone or email as soon as we can.
Wishing you all a very pleasant Easter holiday, and we hope you are all continuing to staying safe and healthy.
Kiran, Rob and Rob
