Policies
To meet the purpose and aims of Swalcliffe Park and underpin all our programmes, there is a wide range of educational and care policies. In addition there are a number of policies fundamental to all organisations which include Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities. All these are continuously being updated, improved and enhanced. We have a very clear and simple Code of Conduct which lists key values and principles and is displayed around the school. In addition, we have an Anti-Bullying Policy and a Safe Living and Learning Policy which identify clearly to all students the serious consequences of anti social behaviour. Issues around bullying are regularly discussed and have been dealt with in school through drama workshops.
As adults, our aim is always to role-model appropriate ways of managing ourselves and others based upon the principles of respecting and valuing individuals.
